Emf
Reverse Incline vibrating screen with standard
"TH" drivemechanism
| |
Application
EMF Reverse Incline dewatering screens
are typically used in deslime dewatering and
recovery of fines from effluent. Modular screen
panel design allows a multitude of configurations
of screen cloth for different applications.

Operating Principle
Feed is quickly dewatered on the steep incline
section. The main section slopes uphill to retard
the material and form a filter media for optimum
dewatering. An adjustable discharge lip dam
allows for fine-tuning for particular application.
High frequency operation increases efficiency
of fine sizing and dewatering applications.

Construction
Emf's ERI vibrating screens have
heavy duty A36 steel side plates, with vertical
and horizontal reinforcing gussets. The
deck support frames are constructed of mechanical
tube cross members and side channels.
Assembly of all major body components utilizes
"huck" bolting. |

Sizes Available
EMF Reverse Incline screens are
available in the following standard sizes,
as well as custom sizes to meet your specific
needs:
- 3' x 8' Single Deck 4' x 10' Single Deck 4' x 12' Single Deck 5' x 10' Single Deck 5' x 12' Single Deck
- 6' x 12' Single Deck

Linear
Drive Mechanism
EMF's dewatering screens utilize
a Emf "TH" drive mechanism
that produces a linear (straight line) motion
while developing high acceleration ("g"
forces). This increased acceleration and
reverse incline deck configuration is most
suitable for dewatering applications. Our
dewatering screens may also be fitted with
optional electric counter-weighted motors. |
Optional Accessories (see pictures
above)
- Ceramic-Lined Feed Box Assembly UHMW-Lined Effluent Pan Assembly Support Base Modular, Snap-In Polyurethane or Stainless
Steel Screen Panels A-Frame Motor Support Base
- Twin electric counter weighted motors
instead of "TH" mechanism
